“Phil was the best! And this is a great location and so much cheaper than getting a truck in Champaign. Phil walked me through everything before driving the truck, and made sure I understood it, even though he had to repeat himself. He also gave us tips for how to secure the furniture in the back, and really seemed to care that we understood everything before we left. This is a rare find for a truck rental place. Highly recommend.”
