“If I could give more than five stars, I would!! We chose Haldane after a recent fender bender. The other driver was at fault. Shellie and TJ did such an amazing job explaining the process of everything and answering all of our questions. To say the adjuster from the other insurance company was difficult would be an understatement. Shellie and TJ worked so hard to fight for us when the adjuster was trying to “low ball” us and delay everything. Even when there was a huge mistake made by the adjuster when it came to the check, they were going to make sure we were back in our vehicle no matter what.
