“My mechanic purchased a part from the store a few years ago. When the part failed I called the store for a copy of the receipt for warranty purposes. I spoke with Max and he was so very patient and willing to help find my receipt. After a search the receipt was located and sent over to me. He even took the time to wait to make sure that I received it and that it was legible. Great customer service and super helpful. These days it is super hard to find employees that go that extra mile to make sure a customer is satified. Way to go Auto Zone~you have a great employee.”

“The Dixon IL, Walmart auto center team is far superior than all other locations! Corporate needs to send the Dixon IL, team down to the Freeport IL, location and teach them how to do their jobs. Truly shows the value of good employees in my opinion.
Dixon IL, location mounted and balanced my new rims and tires perfectly! Took them home and put them on my jeep, she drives well down the road didn’t feel any balance issues and I was worried because I had some cheap mud tires mounted. Overall great experience and the people were just fantastic. Service was timely and honestly everyone there just deserves a 2$ an hour raise.”

“Unfortunately my daughter hit a deer so.... in dire need of a vehicle she looked around a little bit and I told her about a couple of nice vehicles on Ken Nelson sales yard.. we ended up going there doing a little talking.... her and Sydney shook hands on a deal... very pleased with the vehicle.. shortly after my vehicle took a turn for the worst ...the first place I headed back to was Ken Nelson.. Sydney greeted us and I told her my story.... her and I shook hands on a deal about a week or so later.. awesome person very informative.. Plus she loves cats 🐱🐱🐱”
