“My wife and I were on a 10 hour drive on a holiday weekend when our car stalled on the side of the highway just outside of Litchfield. Hoping it was an ignition coil issue, and with all local mechanics closed for the holidays, I had the car towed to the AutoZone two miles away. William ran the fix finder scan for us and determined the issue was with the knock sensor. He also showed us that there was accumulated debris around the sensor that could be causing it to give a false positive, and helped us install a replacement. This fixed the issue entirely, and we drove the remaining 300+ miles without any issues. Thank you William for your professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile with the sensor installation. You saved us a very expensive trip to the dealership!”

“Big shoutout to Tom and the auto team at Walmart in Litchfield! I had a wheel blowout on a Monday (because of course ?), and after calling a few places that couldn’t help, the tow truck driver recommended Walmart. I usually don’t expect much from Walmart service, but this time I was seriously impressed!
Tom was kind, helpful, and had me back on the road in just a couple of hours. He made a stressful situation so much easier, and I’m super grateful.
Bonus tip: If you’re stuck waiting like I was, there’s an amazing nail salon within walking distance called Star Nails. Ask for a gentleman named Dennis—he was excellent! So gentle, present, and thorough. One of the best pedicures I’ve ever had (and I didn’t even want polish!).
