“We went to look at a car we liked. The staff was very professional and nice. We were unable to come to an agreement on price on our visit. The GM was on vacation while we visited. His follow up call and flexibility on price brought us back to make the purchase. He really made us feel like he wanted our business. The only downfall was that we had to make the 40 minute drive twice.”
