Some places might have tried to take advantage of people in a tight spot far from home, but Ty Mullins gave us an extremely fair price for our vehicle, and was great to work with through the whole process. They treat people right.”

“I had hail damage on my roof from a recent storm. They got me in and out (obviously had to wait for insurance like everyone) but my car and roof looked like new. They had to fix a few without PDR, and with having a custom paint job they were able to paint match and it is amazing!!! Will use them again in the future!”

“I recently purchased an outlander phev. Was on Empty and could not get my gas lid open. No shops were open so decided to stop at auto zone to see if they could help. A gentleman named William came right out trying to figure this out. He went through my owners manual which wasn’t the best of help. Yet he was able to figure out to pop this tab inside my car, stick a bar in this lil hole and it popped open. I tried paying him for his service and he refused! I had to give him a shout out because he didn’t have to help me do all that. He saved me and I was able to make it to work. He shown me there are still great people in this world. So thank you again sir if you see this”

“Big shoutout to Tom and the auto team at Walmart in Litchfield! I had a wheel blowout on a Monday (because of course ?), and after calling a few places that couldn’t help, the tow truck driver recommended Walmart. I usually don’t expect much from Walmart service, but this time I was seriously impressed!
Tom was kind, helpful, and had me back on the road in just a couple of hours. He made a stressful situation so much easier, and I’m super grateful.
Bonus tip: If you’re stuck waiting like I was, there’s an amazing nail salon within walking distance called Star Nails. Ask for a gentleman named Dennis—he was excellent! So gentle, present, and thorough. One of the best pedicures I’ve ever had (and I didn’t even want polish!).
