“We moved into our apartment in November 2025 and living here has been wonderful. The building is extremely well managed and maintained. Everything in the common areas is pristinely clean. The on site office is available for questions and quickly follows up with requests.

We absolutely love being able to “take the elevator to the grocery store.” Having Caputo’s right here is such a lovely convenience. While we do not have a dog currently, we love seeing the wide array of dogs who live here as we come and go through the building.

We are looking forward to taking advantage of the awesome pool very soon! Cannot recommend Top of the Mount enough.”

“Beautiful grounds and layout. Pool is nice and walking paths are plentiful. Parking is nice but there is always broken glass in many of the places. The trash bins are overflowing less than 24 hrs after pickup and there is always broken glass around that.
Halls are clean. Due to construction the entrance to the complex has horrible ruts.
All in all, though, I am very happy here.”

“Let me go by saying Jennifer is my person! I swear ever since I moved in 3 years ago and Jennifer from the start has been just amazing! She made sure my move in was great and always make sure everything i need is always her #1 priority. Another big shout out is to Joe the maintenence he went above and beyond when I needed a fridge replacement! Such a great guy he knows how to get the job done. Thanks again forest cove I wished you had 3 bedrooms because I would love to keep living here as long as possible”

“We had a very smooth process from the tour to move in. We needed to find a place quickly, and the staff especially Brittany Hayes the person we worked with made that happen. We arrived a little late for our tour but they were nice enough to keep the appointment. We had our tour that Friday and was able to move in the following week. After being in the apartment for a few days, there were a few appliances that weren't working properly. We created a work order and maintenance was out the next day and fixed the problem. So far so good, thank you!”

“I have lived here for almost seven years and this place is home. This is the longest I have ever lived in one place so it should say something. There's no perfect situation so let's be honest with ourselves, things happen. However the building is cared for, problems are addressed and handled. You will make friends with the neighbours as you can build your own community here. For what you pay, this place is absolutely worth it. I personally have been through some personal situations, Michelle, the complex director has been very helpful and understanding. During covid, Renee (spelling) even brought packages and left them outside of my door. Just wanted to give a fair and realistic review. If you are looking for a place that you can call home, don't look any further.”

“Sasha has been so great! I get anxious with moving and she helped make the process smooth and simple! You definitely want someone like her working in leasing management. I’ve also witness how helpful she is to the other residents. She really cares!”
