“I met Michael from the leasing office back in October 2025. At that time, I was going through a divorce, was preparing for a herniated disc surgery, and was putting my house up for sale. Michael knew I was coming to the Dunton Tower, but he also knew it was going to take a bit of time. He kept in touch with me via e-mail, as king about my neck, my house, asked how I was doing overall, but at the same time, he was not overly pushy, he just gently cared about everything I was going through. I moved in 2 days ago, and Michael and Nicole have been great. They have answered all of my questions (I had a lot, HAHA), and remained extremely patient with a man who has never lived in an apartment or condo (me)! This building is great, the location is great, and Michael and the entire office are just so kind and helpful. I highly recommend the Dunton Towers, and I’m happy to be here and setting in nicely,”

“I have lived here for one year its a place to live.its quiet environment makes it more comfortable for one live here.The people in office are so wonderful,you go with a problem and come back with a solution. The maintenance Team are very accurate in responding to the calls for maintenance services,keep it up.”

“Clover ridge was a great place to live, maintenance was amazing, very friendly, always stopped to say hi to my dog and ask how we were doing.

The reason for 4 stars has nothing to do with the apt itself. Its the fact that fireworks were shot off every night from memorial day to labor day from surrounding apt buildings. My poor dog would be up shaking every night from 9am to 1am. Police could/would do nothing about it.

If you dont have a dog that's afraid of fireworks, or they dont bother you, I highly recommend living here, staff is great and neighbors were kind and quiet. But just be weary of the nightly noise that could keep you up from surrounding apt buildings.”

Overall great communication, great apartment cleanliness, and great atmosphere.

Everyone I have met since moving in has been friendly.

Having an app to open the the front door and to access the laundromat is pretty dope.

Pretty spacious for a one-bedroom. I live on the third floor and the view is nice facing the city.

Throughout the day/night, you can hear the cars and any noise on the street, but I dont mind that at all. Just something to note if thats something you would.

“We moved into our apartment in November 2025 and living here has been wonderful. The building is extremely well managed and maintained. Everything in the common areas is pristinely clean. The on site office is available for questions and quickly follows up with requests.

We absolutely love being able to “take the elevator to the grocery store.” Having Caputo’s right here is such a lovely convenience. While we do not have a dog currently, we love seeing the wide array of dogs who live here as we come and go through the building.

We are looking forward to taking advantage of the awesome pool very soon! Cannot recommend Top of the Mount enough.”

“I wish I still lived here! The office staff is amazing, all of my interactions with the ladies working in there were positive (my situation while I was there was a bit messy) but they took the time to talk me through everything and made me aware of my options. When I moved in they were in the process of changing management, but even with all of that going on they were able to accommodate to get the move in going. I didn’t frequent the common areas all that often but never had any issues when I did. Was almost always able to get parking near the door closest to my unit. The unit itself was really nice, lots of kitchen outlets! Work orders were handled in a timely fashion. In the year I was there I only ever heard one of my neighbors twice through the walls, otherwise it’s relatively quiet!

I would like to note 2 things just based on personal preference for anyone reading reviews before moving in:
1. The bedroom in my unit did not have overhead lighting (I believe it’s the same for all but not 100% certain). I didn’t take that into account, I am not much of a lamp person. (Again, personal preference!)
2. If you are a light sleeper and/or work an overnight and sleep into the morning/afternoon, avoid units close to the garbage pickup area. Trash is picked up multiple times a week. I am sadly both of the above, but I was able to switch my schedule and make it work!”

“I lived at Plum Grove Apartments for 5 years and had nothing but a wonderful experience. Everything is kept nice and clean and the staff were very friendly. Plenty of parking, pet friendly, a studio that felt like a 1 bedroom, and laundry on site (freshly remodeled). They keep the grounds very well maintained and are always renovating and making the place better. This is one of the last non-mega apartments, and I cannot recommend a better apartment for the cost, staff, and location.

Luis, thank you and your family for doing a great job keeping the grounds clean and beautiful, and being some of the nicest people I've lived with.

“This five-star review is specifically for David and Mike on the maintenance team. When my heat stopped working late yesterday, David came out after hours to try to fix it. He stayed as long as he could working through the issue before explaining that he needed to get parts and would return in the morning. While he was here, he also discovered a leak in my water heater.

As promised, David returned the next morning with Mike, and they had my apartment fully up and running before noon. Both were kind, professional, and thorough. They also made sure to clean up any mess and even wiped down my floor before leaving.

I’m very pleased with their work and truly appreciate their dedication. Thank you, David and Mike!”

It’s a struggle to find a good place nowadays, and Tiffany took the time to make the whole process of moving in smooth and stress-free for me. “Beautiful grounds and layout. Pool is nice and walking paths are plentiful. Parking is nice but there is always broken glass in many of the places. The trash bins are overflowing less than 24 hrs after pickup and there is always broken glass around that.
Halls are clean. Due to construction the entrance to the complex has horrible ruts.
All in all, though, I am very happy here.”

“I lived here for 6 years and am going to miss it here. Although the building I lived in was old and had its fair share of problems. The management group was nothing but helpful whenever we ran into an issue. They were always super flexible on any requests I had. This place is also super pet friendly too and was a great place to raise my first pup. Highly recommend this place if anyone is looking.”

The Mandalane community is amazing, the property is clean & well-maintained, and the rent is very fair for everything you receive. The amenities are a huge plus—including a pool,
basketball court, fitness center, & on-site laundry room.

“I have lived here for almost seven years and this place is home. This is the longest I have ever lived in one place so it should say something. There's no perfect situation so let's be honest with ourselves, things happen. However the building is cared for, problems are addressed and handled. You will make friends with the neighbours as you can build your own community here. For what you pay, this place is absolutely worth it. I personally have been through some personal situations, Michelle, the complex director has been very helpful and understanding. During covid, Renee (spelling) even brought packages and left them outside of my door. Just wanted to give a fair and realistic review. If you are looking for a place that you can call home, don't look any further.”

“We recently visited The Pavilion Apartments and were very impressed with our experience. The leasing office team was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. They answered all of our questions thoroughly and handled busy times with patience and efficiency, which we truly appreciated.

The units feel appropriate for the pricing, and we especially loved that each one has a balcony with beautiful views of the skyline and the forest preserve. The amenities really stood out to us — there are two heated pools (indoor and outdoor), a spacious gym, plus a restaurant, convenience store, and café all conveniently located on the first floor of the building.

Parking is free, with optional upgrades available at a very reasonable cost. The building is also pet-friendly, which is a big plus. We liked that school buses and public transportation buses stop right in front of the building and run frequently. It’s also close to the Blue Line and O’Hare Airport, making travel very convenient.

One thing to keep in mind is that there aren’t many restaurants or shops within walking distance. However, the forest preserve right across the street is perfect if you enjoy nature and outdoor walks. We also appreciated how diverse and welcoming the community feels.

Overall, we had a very positive impression and were happy with what we saw.”
