Worst customer service I’ve experienced, would put zero stars if possible. I don’t know the name of the employee or how she still has a job , but she was extremely rude and not helpful at all. I spent over 3 HOURS upgrading my phone and going on my own plan. She messed up the installation process, she wasnt answering my simple questions, gave false information and kept cutting me off in the middle of me asking a question. She also appeared to be sick and would not cover her mouth as she was coughing. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed with the service I dealt with. If it wasn’t for the other employee being friendly and helpful, I definitely would not have gotten anywhere. To management, I’d recommend firing this employee, and to customers I would recommend not coming to this location. Best of luck to anyone who walks in and has to deal with that employee.

Store manager was great I had to be at work by 11:00 I asked can she give me out before then say yes and she did took care of all my needs

never go to this store or to AT&T in general, I moved from T mobile to AT&T because of the "good" offer but the disappointment came with the first bill when we found out that there were additional fees on top of the monthly fee that no one told us about the office, I regret choosing them

I switch to AT& T in February 2021 bringing 3 lines from a different carrier. I went to the store , the store manager Many took care of me and wrote on a pieces a paper all the information because I asked him. Up to this day I went to the store more then 10 times , called the 800 number and still paying more that I was promised. Not to say that the first 2 bills were 200 more then promise. Up to this day no-one can explain why. In February will be 2 years and still paying more. Everytime I stopped in the store was a different manager . He gets my story, my info but nobody follows or solve the problem. I gave them so many chances, I am so upset for waiting and waisting my time and money.

The young man was knowledgeable, patient and explained everything to me. I was so grateful to have a store employee give me time and answer my questions about my options with ATT. When I called the 800 number, the person said he would call me back in 15 minutes. That was 36 hours ago. I will always go to the store for knowledgeable information.

I understand that there's wait time. But the customer assistant took the other customer even though I was there ahead of him. Very disappointing. And she knows it. I informed her and gave me a excuse they only have 2 iPads. Waited for 1 hour and 30 mins and still waiting

Dan and Corrina are great employees. They have helped me on more than one occasion. Shout out to them! When it’s time for a new phone; I’ll be going to see them at the Mount Prospect store.

I came in to upgrade and trade in my iPhones. I’m not very good with electric anything’s and the ATT associate at the store made me feel very comfortable and patiently answered any questions I had. She explained the basics of the iPhone I had chosen and thoroughly went through my contract and any receipts.I honestly felt intimidated because of my lack of knowledge but left the store feeling really good and comfortable with my purchase. Highly recommend this store.

I came into this store to get a few new phones and see if I can get a better rate. I worked with Steven and he was great. He helped me with my plan and get a new phone and set it all up. When he went over my bill he helped me find and apply a work discount and lower my bill. He was very kind and courteous. He made the process very easy and painless. Anytime I need something this is the location I will be coming back to.

Terrible customer service. Avoid going there if you can. Store manager refused to return items purchased claiming a 15-day return policy even though it was not written on the receipt. Made me wait 30 minutes and then avoided talking to me. Went to another store and the items were returned no questions asked. No wonder customers are leaving AT&T!
