“Lately, my car's engine has been dying and all the lights on the dashboard turn on while I'm still driving. The engine turns back on with no problem, but it happens randomly. I didn't know how much the dealer was going to charge but, I want to stop by repair shop first. Easy Car Repair mechanic wasn't sure he could fix the problem, but he said he would try. “I had never been here but wanted my car to get detailed. It is a 2006 Hyundai and it was looking rough. I booked my appointment and the owner greeted me and was very friendly. He had the car finished before the time he said it would be done. I was EXTREMELY pleased at the work he did and made my old car look like a spring chicken! He did a great job!!! My friend got in my car today and was totally impressed. I highly recommend Quality Auto Detail and will definitely be a repeat customer when needed. My friend is going to take her car there now! “I visited this store today after my van's battery died and I received possibly the best service I have experienced in decades. The staff asked me to bring my van up to the front of the store and as I tried to start the car I found the battery had completely failed, before I could run back in one of the employees had already run out to help jump the van. After I brought the van up front, he worked on replacing the battery in sub-zero temperatures for about 20 minutes because the positive node was so corroded and would not disconnect. Unfortunately, I can't recall the employee's name (Carlos was his manager) but he went above and beyond in pretty terrible conditions.
I will be happily returning to the Mt Prospect AutoZone in the future and really am thankful for the help and service they provided today.”

“It took a few minutes to get someone to help me, even though there were only 2 customers and 3 employees. However, it wasn't a long wait, and once I had someone to help, he was very courteous and polite. I had bought a battery, and they installed it on the spot for me, which is helpful when you're on your way to the office and don't necessarily want to get your hands dirty. In and out in 30 minutes WITH a brand new installed battery - I'd say that's pretty close to perfect. Thank you!”
