“I haven’t had “work” done on my car yet, but wanted to share a negative quickly turned positive experience that I had . I had brought my car in to get checked out and was told if they didn’t get to my car that day, they would get to it the next day. When the next day came and I still hadn’t gotten a call, I felt frustrated that I had to reach out to hear what was going on. I was told I’d get a call back with an update and as the end of the day came near, I was even more frustrated that I had to reach out again. I expressed my frustration and the man I spoke with was very kind and took ownership in the fact that my car had fallen through the cracks and had not been contacted. To me, this business gets five stars because instead of giving me the run around, they took ownership, apologized, and made things right. My car was made a priority the next morning and I was given an honest assessment and next steps. I didn’t feel like anyone was trying to get me to purchase any unnecessary repairs. They even comped me the service charges due to the situation. And as a bonus, everyone was kind and patient with my energetic five year old. Everyone makes mistakes, what matters is how you choose to handle it. Thanks for your integrity and honesty. We’ll be back.”

“Lately, my car's engine has been dying and all the lights on the dashboard turn on while I'm still driving. The engine turns back on with no problem, but it happens randomly. I didn't know how much the dealer was going to charge but, I want to stop by repair shop first. Easy Car Repair mechanic wasn't sure he could fix the problem, but he said he would try. “It’s a small shop with a major lasting impression. My brake caliper bolt somehow flew off when I was on the highway, and luckily their shop location wasn’t too far from where I got off. “David and his team are the best. He's incredibly knowledgeable. I had some kind of pebble stuck in my A/C exhaust, so when I would turn on the A/C the passenger side foot well would flood. Another place wanted to seal 2 guys in there for hours to figure out if it was actually a problem. That sounded like a lot. I took the car to David, and he took compressed air and shot a quick second of it into the A/C exhaust, and then a stream of water started to come out. He sent me on my way with a bill of under $50, where the other place was going to charge me more than $1k. I'm never going anywhere else.”
