do not use this branch customer service and management is so unprofessional that they should not work in any financial institution

Bank of America lately has the worst customer service. Only one banker available. To transfer money you have to make an appointment. Save yourself some time and go to a different bank.

I've been to this bank several times, the employees are very friendly and helpful.
