“I went here on New Years Eve, thru the drive thru. The woman that took care of me was amazing. She was extremely helpful, and, very friendly. I came back a few hours later, to do more business and she recognized me and said she was glad to see me back again. The Huntington employees seem so much nicer than the previous TCF ones were.”

“I've been with this bank for several years. I don't know how much I can say I appreciate the call center staff and being rerouted and given incorrect information. Then a "Donna" in the domestic disputes department with her uncaring attitude and nonchalant behavior, ? I was going to just delete everything for this account. But, when I saw they reversed the overdraft fee, I did calm down a bit more. There are some good and definitely a lot of bad.”

“Unlike what some people are saying on here, this Chase location is one of the most attentive, friendly, and professional branches I've ever been too. And to address other reviews...1. They DO have after hours atms (you have to use your debit card to get in, theres a slot to the left of the entrance where you put it in and then you pull on the door to open it and get inside)2. Even when customers are screaming and swearing at the people who work here they are professional and even apologized to me for what happened even though they didn't do anything wrong. Theres always gonna be "Karens" in the world3. I clearly love my local Chase bank and cannot say enough good things about them. I'll never bank anywhere else. Love love love Chase!”
