“I am SO happy with my experience with Thomas Tile. They recarpeted two large bedrooms, with complicated nooks and crannys and a very difficult stairway. The installer had to fit the low-pile carpet around 4 small metal balusters. This is difficult because the low-pile doesn't hide any misfits as a fluffier carpet will. There were no misfits! The salepersonpointed ponted out the difficulty from the beginning so there were no surprises. He was very helpful at every step. The installers were professional, pleasant, on time, and respectful of working the requirements of our condominium building. Excellent work at a reasonable price. All this is why I prefer to use a local provider rather than a national chain.”
