They make every refill of my important medication an absolute battle. They do everything in their power to deny coverage or decline copay coverage. They should be shut down. I'm now needing to pay out of pocket without insurance, even though I pay for it, because they make the process nearly impossible.

Terrible service! Being late on meds has before a regular occurrence, no matter how important it is to not miss a dose.
Website is not easy to navigate. Often times denying access with the correct password.
Today marks the 3rd time my meds will be late. If you have another option for your meds, take it!!
