Has been great! The workmanship has been wonderful. Having the warranties gives me peace of mind. I love having a variety of ages of people as neighbors. Everyone has been friendly about introducing themselves as we are out walking our dogs. I enjoy having the amenities of a swimming pool and use the paved walking trails everyday. Having lived in other planned communities , I have found Lennar does a really good job of landscaping not only the common areas but the individual homes as well. Placing sod in the front AND. Back makes a big difference for home buyers. I have found my forever home here in Kingston Ridge!”
