I was there for lab work in the morning on July 8. The tech maybe new there - not seen her before. She is so cold, rude and the needle hurted so much. worst experience so far at that location.

I had to leave this location after waiting 50 minutes on a Saturday for blood draw when I should up 20 minutes early for an appointment. The worst part was the very impolite technician. This girl needs to practice basic manners. I will not return to this location.

I was in and out in less than 30min for a blood draw. Dana was amazing. Quick and painless and she had the sweetest demeanor. Will come back here if I need care in the future.
