I went to open another checking and deposit a check everything went well two days later they say I was red flagged and there going to mail me a check and the account I had open was closed also so for the holidays im waiting for these checks to come ima have to call soon I need My money

Had to relocate, pnc is awesome I have no problems, but when I actually go to the branch in Mount prospect, they never seem to have the time unless you show up in person face to face. I know this sounds foolish but, if you are in charge of MY MONEY! Please don’t have me waiting!

I have found the staff at this branch consistently friendly and helpful. Swati Gandhi recently helped me make some changes to my account, and she did an outstanding job. Keep up the good work!
