The employee named Carla or Karla helped me so much with what I needed and gave me recommendations and advice for my hair. I really appreciated her for the time and advice she gave me and was very helpful and very sweet. Definitely coming back to this Sally’s 🩷

I’d never been to this location before, but I needed a tool for fixing my nails asap and google said that they had the product in stock. Unfortunately, upon arrival the next day, it was not in stock at this location. Any other Sally’s I’ve been to (in the city, which is where I live), would have been like, “so sad, too bad.” However, this amazing associate (I missed her name, but she was gorgeous, with long hair and glasses), checked her inventory in back, when the product wasn’t there either, she then jumped on her computer and looked up another location to see if they had it in stock. She called the location she found to confirm their inventory, AND had them hold the product for me under my name, so that I could still get what I needed, same day. Absolutely lovely and clean store, delightful and HELPFUL and PATIENT and KIND associate. I got some hair toner just to grab something from this awesome lady! Make sure to keep her, Sally’s, you have a retail rockstar!

Picked up an order at the store on 9/2. Michelle B. Supported me at the register. She was quick in not only assisting me but others that were shopping. She is knowledgeable about where products are located in the store, which products to use, and how to use them. I heard her assist a customer who has never colored her hair, and she guided her to use the right product. I was concerned about my discount for ordering online, and she called customer service to ensure that I received the discount and my rewards. I assume with her knowledge that she was pitching in for one of her employees.

I went to the store to get help with my hair because a previous Sally’s in Rockford guided me the wrong way and ended up ruining my hair so while I was out in Mount Prospect, I stopped at the store and it is very nice lady name Michelle absolute sweetheart did everything she could possibly think of to help me with my hair even to consultations with a colorist on the tablet to help me and I ended up getting to a very pretty purple color and thanks to Michelle. I still have a full head of hair and a new gorgeous color Michelle you are awesome. You’re absolutely great. You know what you’re doing and you’re great with customers and I love you for helping me. Thank you so much, dear you are amazing!!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️

I came into Sally’s not knowing specifically what products to get for acrylic nails to do on myself as well as things for pedicures. Michelle helped me with everything! She was so sweet and listened to everything! She made the my experience the best one I’ve had. Michelle I appreciate the good experience and my nails turned out super cute and feet super soft!
