“I had an excellent experience with Smart Auto! The staff was professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. They clearly explained what needed to be repaired, completed the work on time, and charged a fair price. My car is running perfectly now. It is difficult to find a repair shop you can truly trust, but Smart Auto has earned my confidence. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, friendly, and high-quality auto service!”

“My first experience with Nelson.....really professional staff. The finance manager Matt was exceptional and clearly outlined the entire transaction. I purchased a 2023 Hyundai Palisades and I expect to have it for many years to come. I would highly recommend this dealership---as they did not try to upsell me on anything extra.”

“I haven’t had “work” done on my car yet, but wanted to share a negative quickly turned positive experience that I had . I had brought my car in to get checked out and was told if they didn’t get to my car that day, they would get to it the next day. When the next day came and I still hadn’t gotten a call, I felt frustrated that I had to reach out to hear what was going on. I was told I’d get a call back with an update and as the end of the day came near, I was even more frustrated that I had to reach out again. I expressed my frustration and the man I spoke with was very kind and took ownership in the fact that my car had fallen through the cracks and had not been contacted. To me, this business gets five stars because instead of giving me the run around, they took ownership, apologized, and made things right. My car was made a priority the next morning and I was given an honest assessment and next steps. I didn’t feel like anyone was trying to get me to purchase any unnecessary repairs. They even comped me the service charges due to the situation. And as a bonus, everyone was kind and patient with my energetic five year old. Everyone makes mistakes, what matters is how you choose to handle it. Thanks for your integrity and honesty. We’ll be back.”

“I’ve had a wonderful experience here from the beginning! Isaiah was able to help me out over the phone and give me a ballpark cost of what my repairs would be. Unfortunately, (and I knew this) I had to replace my brake pads, rotors, a caliper, and break fluid (I’m just a girl and drove my car when I shouldn’t have, oopsie) but they were able to repair my car the same day, drop off at 9AM and pickup at 5PM at a very reasonable price- and I am super happy. Will definitely be coming here for my routine maintenance and any repairs from here on out and recommend this place to anyone!”

“I was recently involved in an auto collision, and I am so grateful that I contacted Mr. Charlie Choi, the owner of ACE & Charlie Auto Body Service. From the moment I called, Charlie immediately offered to have me bring my car in so he could assess the damage. He contacted the insurance company, helped me understand the best options for the repair estimate, and took care of everything from beginning to end. He even had a rental car ready for me right away, which made the entire process so convenient. The customer service was absolutely impeccable. After an accident, there is already so much stress and uncertainty, but Charlie and his team handled everything so professionally that, for the first time, I felt like I didn’t have to worry. When I picked up my car, I was amazed at how beautiful it looked. It looked practically brand new! The workmanship was excellent, and I could tell that they truly took pride in taking care of my vehicle. I was so impressed with ACE & Charlie Auto Body Service that I have decided to make them my go-to auto service center moving forward. I would absolutely return here for any future auto repair or service needs. Big kudos to Charlie and his entire team for an outstanding job! Thank you, Charlie, for taking such great care of me and my car! With sincere appreciation, Janet S.”

“Lately, my car's engine has been dying and all the lights on the dashboard turn on while I'm still driving. The engine turns back on with no problem, but it happens randomly. I didn't know how much the dealer was going to charge but, I want to stop by repair shop first. Easy Car Repair mechanic wasn't sure he could fix the problem, but he said he would try. A couple of days later, he told me to give it a try and the car rides so smoothly now. He only charged $180 for it.Thank you so much!!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic”

“I am so very grateful to this Meineke shop for going above and beyond to help me. I brought my new (to me) 2019 Chevy Equinox to them for a small warranty repair thru Carvana's 7-day/400 mile warranty. While replacing the bad tpms sensor, Meineke did a full diagnostic and found the only other issue was the front brakes (told rear brakes needed soon but not an immediate need). At 1st SilverRock would only warranty the pads but when Meineke checked further, the rotors were very bad also. Sam at Meineke went to bat for me - without me even getting involved - with SilverRock to warranty to the rotors as well. I have never been to this location before and will HIGHLY recommend them to anyone that asks. Sam was very kind and helpful!!”

“I just went into Medina Muffler because my exhaust pipe rusted out and broke off the muffler. First of all, what a wonderful family! Everyone in there was so kind, friendly, helpful and informative. The price was more than reasonable, searching online I expected to pay more. I was shown the work that needed to be done and then shown the work they did. And even though they had to order a part, I was still in and out in about an hour! I still have more work to be done and will definitely be going back because I trust this place! They also do brakes, oil changes, and other services so definitely worth checking out if you’re in need! Im so glad that I took a coworkers advice and went in here, great establishment. Turned a really stressful situation around and my cars running great now!”
