Definitely understaffed with one clerk at the counter during peak hour, but the clerk available was very kind, patient, and gave great service to every customer while I was there.

Bad service, it took me an hour and a half in line and I was served by a Korean man who is very arrogant and rude and wanted to punch him in the face and that's how it is with all people. I don't know why they didn't fire him from there, people. If you don't like your job, look for something you like even if it pays you less, you have to be happy.

Horrible customer service!!! There is one very rude clerk named Paul. He yells at the customers, and he doesn't want to answer the questions or explain the available service. He has very bad manners, always gives attitude to others, calls names at people. He shouldn't work in a public place if he doesn't know how to work with people or how to control his anger. Management should do something about it because this is not the first time i have experienced such an unacceptable behavior or witnessed it towards other customers.

Not only is there typically only one person on duty during peak hours, but their demeanor is exceptionally impolite. Furthermore, they speak loudly, exposing personal and private information to everyone nearby, and their performance is consistently subpar. A recent incident involved the mailing of a letter via Priority Mail Express International, costing $75, intended for a European country but erroneously delivered to Honduras due to incorrect data entry. People that work at this location just don’t care about the damage they are causing. USPS you can do better.

This is definitely the worst USPS I have ever been to, waiting in line for over 1 hour and there is only 1 staff working at 2pm.

The middle aged male behind the counter is by far the rudest and most condescending worker I have ever dealt with. If he worked in the private sector, he would have been fired years ago..He should be very grateful he works for a government agency that will not fire him and freely enablesthis type of shameful behavior..

This post office needs to go through a serious optimization. It’s severely understaffed (see pictures) and also the personal needs to be trained more and evaluated on the number of customers served and satisfaction. On numerous occasions I saw staff struggling with processing international packaging - they don’t know how the system works for such shipments and it takes them around 30 minutes to process one package. Simple domestic packages take less time but more than average in other quicker offices. Multiple people complain about not getting their mail and mail doesn’t get delivered to paid PO boxes either. Staff is not rude but unfriendly, most likely because they are so severely understaffed.

Very rude male clerk with a bad attitude behind the counter. He talks to customers in a disrespectful manner. Called a customer „crazy” after she walked away. She used the „wrong”envelope and was asking if the other envelope was the right one. He looked bothered and irritated. Everyone could hear it when he called her „crazy” after she walked away. When it was my turn I was told to move to the left side so he can scan the code. He could have easily scanned it without me having to move anywhere, I was right in front of him with a phone showing the code. I think this guy has some control issues. Why does USPS hire people like that ?

I received mail that was opened and stolen from, filed the report about stolen items, got a call from this location that there is nothing they can do and that happens a lot and that they never do anything about it. Ridiculous, why even bother calling? Telling me that the sender shouldn’t have put money or gift cards in the envelope lol. Isn’t it part of the service is to send stuff to people? lolVery rude and disrespectful. I don’t how people keep a job in this place

This must be THE WORST USPS location ever .... Only one person working at busy lunch time, they don't have global stamps and don't know when they'll get it, and an Asian guy named Paul has serious attitude problem and no manners....

A package shows as delivered to a parcel locker but I do not believe the driver actually put it in the locker. The leasing office at my apartment searched through every locker and nothing. 2 other residents in my complex have run into the same issue. A Delivery driver from other companies have stated that they have seen the USPS employee just throw boxes and leave and not putting them in the parcel locker like they are supposed too. How awful. I hope this employee is held accountable for what they are doing.
