I had awesome service today. He fixed all my problems. And was very courteous and very friendly. I came in a month ago and they told me I had to call AT&T for my problems cause they couldn’t fix it.

Really long wait time. They are definitely not in a hurry to do anything. Other than try and sell you everything you didn't ask for. When they are done you will leave with more than you came for and they probably make you feel happy that you are paying more for what you didn't need
