Reasonable prices and always very upfront, professional, and kind. If I have questions too or don't understand they always make sure to explain without making me feel silly.”
“Joel helped us bundle our phone and internet service to save a bunch of moolah, with new phones, and my wife got a free iPad out of the deal. Did I mention that we got free Disney, Hulu, and ESPN too? The WiFi at our house in the country is so much better, and cheaper, and Joel is the man. Joe seemed pretty cool too. Would give 6 stars!”

“Been a pretty terrible experience with them this week trying to do something as simple as drop a line from my account. Currently they are asking me to pay $28 more because I was told when I went in to add a line and drop a line that the line was dropped. Well it wasn’t. Now they are telling me I have to call customer service and now the problem is that no one in their customer service department seems to want to answer the phone
