“Just got groceries use the key fob to open the door lock and it was totally dead. I had to use the key from the fob to get in the door, Call Ford Square they sent a service man out to jumpstart me. Fortunately, that’s what it was. Drove straight to Ford Square. It was their lunchtime, but that didn’t stop them. They went ahead and put a new battery in for me, can’t say enough good things about their service department.”
“I was traveling across country when my batt and brakes light came on. I'm glad it happened near here because the gentleman working that day were so helpful that they got me back on the road after i replaced my alternator (which they had in stock for an 07 quest) and allowed me to read the codes to replace the bank 1 cam sensor. Even looked up a diagram of my sensors and showed me exactly which one to replace instead of wasting time searching for bank 1 location If it wasn't for them I wouldn't of made it to Virginia. They also charged my battery while I was working on the vehicle. I thank you guys and pray that you keep up the great work for other customers. Also thank you napa for having my parts in stock for such an old vehicle.”

“We stopped at Monken Toyota in July just to look at SUVs and see what they looked like, and what features were available. Salesman Justin Loucks met us on the lot as soon as we were out of our car. He showed us several models that were on the lot and we figured out that we needed a Grand Highlander with the eight passenger seating option. Two days later, Justin called us to let us know that a Grand Highlander was scheduled to be built in about a month. By that time we had already decided that we wanted a Limited model. We stopped again at Monken Toyota to go over the scheduled options and decided on changes we would like on the scheduled build. Justin called again the next day to tell us that he had been able to have our options changed for that build, so we returned and put down a deposit to hold that Highlander! While we waited for the car to be built we studied it online, and on August 21 we picked up our car and completed the paperwork. Justin spent an hour in the Highlander with us to teach us about all the options and their use. Monken completed the Secretary of State paperwork and installed our new license plates. We were introduced to the Service Manager and Michelle Beer, the General Manager. This was the most pleasant car purchasing experience we have ever had, and we highly recommend shopping at Monken Toyota! PS, When we talked about options, we told Justin that we liked the Pearl Flare and the Ruby Flare colors. He must have read my mind as a lover of red cars, because he got us the Ruby Flare option. We have named our new car Ruby, of course.”
