They couldn’t install the new battery because I have a VW and it’s extra… but they called around and found the nearest shop that could do it for me. Which I greatly appreciated. 10/10”

“The service dept provided the best dealership experience I've ever had. I was passing through Mt. Vernon and I had a problem with my 2016 Ford Explorer in Nashville. They made sure the problem was diagnosed to fix the actual problem. I went to 2 mechanics prior to Ford Square and no one was able to figure out the issue with my car. They were very accommodating to my schedule and got me right in even when they were super busy and went above and beyond to confirm the fix they did actually did fix my car! I was driving from Florida to Colorado and back so I needed to make sure my car ran without any issues. Thank god the fix they did work and they were extremely reasonable with the pricing too.”
