“I've been using JT's for more than a decade now and can't recommend them enough. My first time was way back when I was working for Coke and my job was dependent on my car running and eating hundreds of miles a day. At the time I was driving a Mercury Mystique that had started dying occasionally when stopped at lights. I took it to 3 other mechanics, including dealer and no one could find the issue. I took it to JT and he had me fixed up by the next day. He has taken a voltmeter through the car and found a short.
Great mechanic, really smart, takes the time to go as deep as you'd like into the technical side of the fix. Since that time with the Mystique, I have taken 4 other cars to him with all different issues, and everytime, he gets it fixed and at a good price. Highly highly highly recommend. Great service, honest people, good craftsmen.”

“We stopped at Monken Toyota in July just to look at SUVs and see what they looked like, and what features were available. Salesman Justin Loucks met us on the lot as soon as we were out of our car. He showed us several models that were on the lot and we figured out that we needed a Grand Highlander with the eight passenger seating option. Two days later, Justin called us to let us know that a Grand Highlander was scheduled to be built in about a month. By that time we had already decided that we wanted a Limited model. We stopped again at Monken Toyota to go over the scheduled options and decided on changes we would like on the scheduled build. Justin called again the next day to tell us that he had been able to have our options changed for that build, so we returned and put down a deposit to hold that Highlander! While we waited for the car to be built we studied it online, and on August 21 we picked up our car and completed the paperwork. Justin spent an hour in the Highlander with us to teach us about all the options and their use. Monken completed the Secretary of State paperwork and installed our new license plates. We were introduced to the Service Manager and Michelle Beer, the General Manager. This was the most pleasant car purchasing experience we have ever had, and we highly recommend shopping at Monken Toyota! PS, When we talked about options, we told Justin that we liked the Pearl Flare and the Ruby Flare colors. He must have read my mind as a lover of red cars, because he got us the Ruby Flare option. We have named our new car Ruby, of course.”
