I'm in a bit of a situation and expressed to Pharrah that we needed this process to be expedited as much as possible, and she was absolutely amazing. She was so kind and thorough. She went above and beyond to help me out. She gave me information on some things I'll need moving forward and was just in general, wonderful to deal with. I've been through a few home loans, and this one was by far the best experience I've ever had. Pharrah gave me such peace of mind. “Whitney at the mt vernon location is an amazing employee. I called asking about bedit cards for my 10 and 11 year old and she helped me out above and beyond. Also made me feel confident in my decision to start financial independence and stability at a young but responsible age. She helped me set up the greenlight accounts and app for us. My kids can now transfer their own allowance between checking and savings. There are options to set goals and chore lists. Whitney was absolutely correct in how great this is! They have willingly completed all their chores and even mine to get some extra dollars. Great thing. Whitney told me every detail I needed to know. She even called me back to check up and offer further assistance. I mean top notch customer service. This bank and the employees at the mt vernon location are welcoming amazing people.”

Walked us through every step of the way, was patient enough to listen to everything he was going to buy with his newly acquired $30, and even let us go back and look at the machine that sorts the coins. Then she insisted he take two suckers, one for now and one for later.I've been a member of this bank ever since I got my first job, and this branch in particular has always had the best staff. I go out of my way to come to this location and am always rewarded for it.”
