Donate your gently used items and shop sustainably while making a positive impact on the tristate community. The mission of Evansville Goodwill is to help people, families, and communities thrive through the power of relationships, education, and work. With this mission, their goal is to provide a hand up not a handout to those in need in the tristate community by breaking down barriers to employment. Through job training, digital skills development, and education, they aim to give individuals the tools to reach financial stability so they can achieve their goals. Your donations and purchases at their 14 locations across the tristate make their mission possible. The store is generally clean, with the bathroom in better than average condition, and the staff is usually friendly. However, the prices are considered high, even compared to other Goodwill stores in the Midwest. The selection leans heavily towards clothing, with only around 10% dedicated to other items like housewares. Customers note that the better donated items seem to be sent to larger stores rather than being offered for resale locally. While the store hours make it more accessible than some locally-owned resale businesses, the constantly rising prices have disappointed some shoppers, leading them to reduce their visits.
Young guy employee was fantastic! But wow! Goodwill your prices are insane! I can get that Walmart brand shirt cheaper new! You RESALE! People donate! And the half off color was very hard to find, almost nonexistent. Do better!

The store is pretty clean. Bathroom always seems in better than average condition. Staff is usually friendly. Prices aren't good. Very high even compared to most Goodwills throughout the Midwest. Clothes are ok, but hard lines are always over priced.

90% clothing, 10% housewares, etc. Really appears that the majority of the better donated items are trucked to larger stores and not offered for resale locally. Generally, the main reason we patronize this facility is that it's store hours make it more accessible than the locally owned resale businesses.
