This lady that did my blood drawn was just absoutly fantastic and just so so nice. She knew what she was during and got me in and right out with no problems at all I sure would recommend this place and hopefully you get her.

This place is completely and utterly incompetent. I have time sensitive lab work that has to be done every two months. I make an appointment so I can have my labs done by 9 am and they remove my appointment and name from the board as I am sitting there. Took a women who was a walkin-in. She made an appointment in the lobby for 10 am. My Appointment was at 8:40. Avoid this place at all cost!

Literally here to rip you off. I had orders for 6 labs. At Quest two of them alone would have been $900. I got all 6 labs done for $234.00 self-pay down the street at NewMed Diagnostics. Go to Quest Diagnostics if you enjoy overpaying for things.

You employ 1 phlebotomist for this facility! We have appointments and still sit and wait an hour!! You need to hire more help and have more consideration for your Patients! Thank You Deborah Blackburn

They only have one person working, and she was extremely rude and seemed overworked and stressed. Maybe consider hiring more staff to relieve some of the pressure off of her because the experience was extremely unpleasant.

For 3 years now I have had issues with quest not having my doctor's order for blood work. Quest has always blamed my doctor's office. We'll I looked at my quest app to make sure quest had the doctor's order. My doctor order was in my app. BUT IT WAS NOT IN THE COMPUTER AT THE QUEST LAB I WAS AT. WELL THAT PROVES THAT YOU HAVE BEEN THE PROBLEM.

I would give less than one star if I could!!!! I called to try and get pricing for blood work and was transferred 3 times and was on hold for more than 30 mins, and it was simply because I had a lab order from my doctor but I did not have quest codes and they just did not know what to do with that or how to help! If I took the order to them and scheduled they would know how to send me a bill!!!

Your automated system is absolutely terrible and I should have to have to option to speak with a person. It kept having trouble hearing me and cutting me off and I couldn’t get through to a person to make the appointment.
