“I had a great experience living at Logan Realty. My one-bedroom apartment was surprisingly spacious, and the owners/managers were always very responsive whenever I had a question or issue. They handled things quickly and were easy to work with.
Utility costs were also quite low. Because the apartment was partially underground and well insulated, it stayed cool in the summer and warm in the winter without needing to run the HVAC very much.
The building was also quiet, and the other tenants were friendly and respectful. Overall it was a very comfortable place to live, and I would definitely recommend Logan Realty to others looking for a well-managed place to rent.”
