“Thank you for making my trip easyI can see location on here but I had 2 enterprise visits and I just wanted to say bother were great but lake villa is above and beyond. I literally live across the street from the round lake 1 and will only go to Lakeville. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name but I have a memory problem. He made everything so easy and set up my android auto. He understood my issues with anxiety and sat in the car with me so we could go over everything instead of in the store which made it easy for me to concentrate on what he was saying. Thank you again n im so sorry I can't remember your name because you truly helped me alot”

“Anthony was amazing as usual and the gentleman who drove me home was so kind. I truly appreciate the ride home, he truly related to my health situation that is rare thank you for that. The minivan was a very nice vehicle to rent drove smooth, very comfortable. The only issue I had was it was low on gas when I got it, which is hard to return the vehicle low on gas for me, so Anthony gave me a slight credit to adjust for the amount of gas that I had extra in there Wonderful customer service from both of them!!”

“Everything about the transaction went smoothly. The manager was very professional, kind, and courteous. I was disappointed with the condition of the vehicle. It was dirty, some kind of liquid all over the dash, arm rest plus the inside doors. And, sadly, it had dog fur stuck in every part of the seats, console, and trunk. I'm severely allergic to dogs, so that was a big disappointment.I did bring it to the attention of the manager. He did try to get it "recleaned," but I just got into town, and I have things to do. The pizza was already ordered. I didn't have time to wait. It should have been cleaned correctly the first time. Regardless of the hiccups, I will be back and ask for some discounts for my inconveniences when I'm back in town. Only because of the manager and his kind professional mannerisms.”
