“I had a furniture donation pick up this week from this location. Have to say the prior reviews scared me a bit that it wouldn’t go well. I prepared the furniture so that everything was easy for the pick up. Bagged the pillows, removed the. Cushions so they could easily carry it out the door to the truck.
2 very polite guys showed up, and carried it out quickly on a 90 degree day. I had very cold water for them and a tip as well. These guys work very hard so I wanted to post a positive review to change the tide here!
Do your part, make it easy for them to take your used furniture and u shouldn’t have any issues. Thank u Salvation Army for making this easy to do. Much appreciated!”

“It's only been 2 weeks since I adopted Capone (Cappy) .Lori and the staff. Were great. I was looking at a few different dogs. And after talking with Lori. Cappy was the best choice. They listen to what i wanted and found me a buddy. They really CARE ABOUT THE DOGS, and want to find the best match. And they did.!!!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.. “It was a nice goodwill. Many things are packed on the shelves in the hardlines area, & a very large section of the clothing is dedicated to Woman's Clothing's. Men's section of clothing I found it hard to find any short sleeve collared shirts. Each size of the section didn't have much more than 3 feet of clothing of nothing special brands. I've noticed that many of the 50% tags are missing. They could have been pulled to make more room for new items, but with much space already available, I am unsure why.
This place was a bit clean & organized other Goodwills I have visited.
I really appreciate that they have a bick rack outside the store. Much appreciated.

“We adopted Weather yesterday. She is such a WONDERFUL, 2 year old mixed breed stray from out of town. Reach really does their due-diligence - checks your references and interviews you! Until you're cleared for take off, the one boss lady can seem a little strict, but anyone can see that everyone there has the best interests of the animals passionately in their hearts! There are so many cases of abuse and neglect in this world, and they want to make sure none of their beloved animals become a statistic.
I've owned small businesses and done a lot of volunteer work. I know too well that things don't always go right despite good intentions. To the other reviewers that didn't report 5-star experiences, I urge them to show some grace to these dedicated and passionate volunteers. Their hearts are AMAZING!
