Jessica personal banker at the Allanson branch. Is fantastic. She helped me when my Email was compromised by a hacker. She told me what steps to take to ensure my accounts were safe . Jessica is was very knowledgeable. She insured me my accounts were safe. Thanks again.

Customer service at this branch is extraordinary! The branch manager, Greg, is at the top of his game and his team is second-to none. There are many First Midwest Bank locations to choose from...do yourself a favor and just use the Allanson Rd branch. You will NOT be disappointed!
