“When I lived in Mundelein this was my preferred bank. It was a bummer when I had to go to the bank on Maple, but it was only because this bank didn't have the printer to give me a new debit card. I assume because they're a smaller establishment? The employees were always very kind to me and my children (if they tagged along). Complementary coffee, water, and candy was sometimes available if there was a wait for a banker. If I ever did have an issue they were very apologetic and worked hard to resolve my problem. I know most are quick to leave negative reviews, but after moving away I miss this bank. I now frequent a Wintrust near my new residence and it can't hold a candle to this branch.”
“My Financial Specialist was Mike Hegreberg. I refinanced my Auto Loan and he got me a better interest rate and shorter months on the loan so I can pay off my car sooner which is the way to go! He's very personable and we got the transaction done quickly. Go to Mike if you are looking to save money!”

“I have been banking with Consumer Credit Union for 40 years. Never had any problems with my accounts or loans. Especially when my account got hacked back on 2016. And all my funds were stolen. They return all my money while they did an investigation. Didn't have wait long for the funds to be deposited back into my accounts. The bank tellers are polite and good customer service. I highly recommend this bank for your banking needs.”
