“When I lived in Mundelein this was my preferred bank. It was a bummer when I had to go to the bank on Maple, but it was only because this bank didn't have the printer to give me a new debit card. I assume because they're a smaller establishment? The employees were always very kind to me and my children (if they tagged along). Complementary coffee, water, and candy was sometimes available if there was a wait for a banker. If I ever did have an issue they were very apologetic and worked hard to resolve my problem. I know most are quick to leave negative reviews, but after moving away I miss this bank. I now frequent a Wintrust near my new residence and it can't hold a candle to this branch.”
“I used to bank at the local xxxxxxxxxxxx Bank and Trust but was unhappy with the service so I switched to Northside Community Bank. They are amazing. Opened my account and was given personal service by their AVP. She even called a few days later to see if we were satisfied with the service. When does that happen with other banks?!?!?! Truly amazing. I am soooo glad I changed banks.”
