82 Center St, Grayslake“New favorite game store to play magic! Very friendly players and staff and everyone is chill and just there to have a good time! Look forward to many more game days here!”
“I recently stopped by to look around since I use to play 40K about 20 years ago. The store is well maintained and most of what you are looking for can be found in the store. Everyone is very friendly and willing to offer helpful tips and is a pleasant place to battle, build, and paint your miniatures. The store manager Mike is the driving force behind this store and he is extremely knowledgeable and is very passionate. Mike is honest, charismatic, and patient as I had a lot of catching up to do since I was 6 rule books behind. He offers free paint classes to help get you started as well and will answer any question you have.”
“Been visiting this shop for a long time, and the manager is super knowledgeable, really fun to talk to and get into different aspects of the Warhammer hobby. Great events that are posting on their Facebook page with weekly and monthly updates. Highly recommend.”

6170 Grand Ave Space 761, Gurnee“What's more to say it's the LEGO store! I love that they have a discount table there. You might be able to find something good on there for a discount. They have pretty much anything you could want here from the $1000 sets to mini figure key chains.”
“This place is well worth the drive!! Awesome selection of rare, collectible and new gold and silver coins , ingots and bars. Also highly sought after collectible coins and paper money. Great owners and employees ! Always get the best prices around. Honest and trustworthy, truly, they are one of a kind!”
9AM - 9PM
6635 Grand Ave, Gurnee“Used the "order on line, pick up in store" option for some wreath hangers. There was an online special, so I got a deal on purchasing something I needed, and the item was ready when I got off of work and arrived at the store. Was an easy and painless process overall. Employees were friendly, too!”
“Always come here for my Twice albums (and sometimes others)! I just wish we could get the Japan albums here, as well. I never know where to go online to get them, so it'd be awesome if they carried them in store.”
“This place is a relic of the mid-20th century, and I love it. If you want competent people at a small business fixing your bike, helping with rockets, etc. it's amazing. They're straight shooters who do great work and know what they're talking about. But if you want the kind of over-corporate, kind-but-incompetent service you get from Target or similar, they'll probably just tell you, "No," right to your face. It's not the place for you.”
“Made wine here with my networking group for a social event. Great experience and I can’t wait for it to be bottled! Also, tried their coffee that they sell at the store. Sipping it as I’m writing this review and for sure will buy again!??????”
“I had several returns after a bridal shower. Zoe and Vicki (manager) were so helpful. Vicky even ran out looking for me because a few items left on the counter had not been refunded. I was able to then get my full refund! I appreciate them and would go back.”
9AM - 5PM
5250 Grand Ave, Gurnee“Harbor Coin is the Best from all the Rest! Great Staff...very knowledgeable, and friendly. They go above and beyond to see that your experience with all of them is professional and smooth. I wouldn't deal with, or, go anywhere else. Highly Recommended!”
“Jim and Steve’s is a friendly place where you can go in and do business whether you’re buying or selling and feel very comfortable dealing with the staff who are there to help you in every which way they can. Kind, courteous, and helpful. All wrapped up and rolling is what you want and it’s what you get with Jim and Steve’s. ???????”
“Very eclectic collection at this location. I came in for whiskey glasses and candles, and I was able to find it. Im sure whatever knickknacks or trinkets you need are here. The only reason I can't give a five-star is the lack of signage for the ailes. It is difficult to find what you need in here because of it.”
“Very nice. Just avoid one guy named Dale. Very self absorbed and likes to try to prove his knowledge under a guise of playing like he’s helping you. Otherwise a great place for slot-car’ing.”
“Had the pleasure of chatting with Charlie while perusing all the books, comic issues, vinyl albums and goodies at this dream of a comic shop. Loving my new mini figures and funko pop!”
“Nice place but those self service machines are not so comfortable to use as supposed to. You definitely need to talk to associate a couple times before checkout.”
“My family and I went to buy some loose Pokemon cards that my sons were interested in. The cards that they wanted were very random and consisted of Pokemon using all different energies as well as Trainers. The owner Jester was there and he was extremely helpful, helping us find over 30 of the cards that they were looking through by going through binders and loose cards in a box, which was extremely tedious. We've been to many Gamers Worlds where the employees running the store seem like they couldn't care less about their customers. We were fortunate to have the exact opposite experience here and want to thank Jester so much for his kindness and patience!”

703 Hawthorn Ctr, Vernon Hills“First time at this location. Note that the main photos shown are old. They told me that they don’t bring hardly any plushies in anymore and their focus is more on figures. They have a huge selection of sh figuarts and figma and then some other really cool statutes (non posable). They also have other anime knickknack things, if you’re a anime nerd this place is for you.”
“Bought a sega and Star Wars Xbox 360 that work great! They’re a little heavy on their prices but overall great place to look for games, consoles, cards, collectibles, etc…”
“I brought in a post war Lionel engine from my boyhood for repair and experienced caring people who take a real interest in their customers be it antique or new items.”
