“We're midway between Lake Zurich and Mundelein but we almost always go to Mundelein because we feel the service is better and we don't have confidence in the Lake Zurich office. We lived in Long Grove for 25 years and weren't impressed with the lake Zurich branch, we are much happier with Mundelein and especially our delivery guy Andrew.”

“This is by far the best postal office in the area. It is well kept, well serviced, and has genuinely helpful employees. This location has always been functional and clean. It has a self service kiosk, which is great for quick postage and label printing (amongst other services). It is also open after hours for kiosk and po box use. This alone makes it worth the trip. The postal employees, especially Laura, are really gems. They have always been readily available to answer questions and assist. It can get busy, which is beyond their control. But wait times are never egregious. Overall, great location w/ great experiences.”

“I don’t think amazing is a strong enough adjective to describe the lake county Haven. Before the pandemic hit I entered the program and unfortunately they had to close down but they still made sure that all the residents were safe and put them up in a secure location. There isn’t enough time to list all of the resources they provide and not to mention all of the love and care that each and every person that works there shows to every Single client. This place is beyond amazing and I am currently going through a rough patch and I’m trying to get back in because I know this is the place that can get me on the right path. Kudos to you late county Haven because you are truly an amazing program!”

“The customer service is impeccable, knowledgeable and courteous. The negative reviews are posted by self-centered morons that don't understand how the post office works.”

27848 N Bradley Rd, Lake Forest IL 60045
“Over the years I have always received amazing help from this annex. The people I speak with are always patient and do their absolute best to help me out. Due to my own error, I put the wrong address on a package and Ebony has been tremendously helpful in locating the package. Ebony always picks up the phone and works tirelessly to make sure we all get our mail correctly. I am very grateful for all the hard work that Ebony and the entire team at this annex does!”

“I've only been there once but had no issues. The clerk was polite and quick. I just had a small return and it took about 5-10 minutes including waiting. Much better than paying overpriced shipping somewhere else.”

“Veronica was absolutely amazing. She not only went above and beyond to help us out, she caught several mistakes in our passport application that we were able to fix before it went out. Thank you! Post office itself was clean and quiet. Loved it.”

“Today my parents applied for their U.S. passports, and we are extremely satisfied with the experience. The staff was very kind, professional, and helpful. The whole process was quick and smooth. The Vernon Hills USPS truly stands out compared to other locations. I have never experienced unfriendly service or any difficulties there.”

255 N Buffalo Grove Rd, Buffalo Grove IL 60089
“It gets busy here like any USPS but I was very impressed with Pat. She was running the place solo and was swamped, but was super friendly and on top of her job on a whole different level. Super impressive, she should absolutely be in charge of that place.”

250 W Dundee Rd, Wheeling IL 60090
“I had a great experience shipping a few packages with Kendra today. Some of my items had incorrect addresses, and instead of just handing them back to me (which has happened at other locations), Kendra immediately pulled up her phone to help me find the right information. She suggested the best shipping options and went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. I really appreciate finding people like her who prioritize a great customer experience. Highly recommended!”
