Don't listen to the idiots, this is the best US Bank branch there is hands down. They do everything they can to help me.

“Completely dead atmosphere!”.Most of the staff Seems to be not interested in what they are doing and in their job duties. When you walk in the bank most of the times staff dont greet, nobody’s excited to see you, you feel very low; Sometimes you will also feel a very rude experience from the staff. Experience yourself!

Nancy at US Bank in Mundelein is the best. She is very courteous, thoughtful, and makes my banking experience a personal one. I've been banking here for over 9 years and she's one of the main reasons why.
