Grither has a wonderful owner, shop employees and office gals. They helped deal with the insurance and rental company. They made the process smooth and easy for me. I was grateful to find a place who agreed to do the limited repair I wanted since I wasn't using insurance. Job was done beautifully within the promised time frame, and over $100 under estimate.
