I’m an arborist and my diameter tape lost a screw. Glenn at Buikema’s next to the Naperville fresh market helped me. He found the right bit fixed my tape (that has measured hundreds of trees) and sent me on my way. It was the best service. Thank you so much for your kindness Glenn.

Classic hardware store with all the trimmings the little lady behind the desk. Looks like she’s been working there since before hardware was even invented but boy is she sweet just like everybody there very helpful and I was even able to get my three-quarter inch copper male fitting for my small plumbing repair right here in Naperville.

It was completely empty besides us, and the worker made us move to squeeze between us and merchandise stacks, which was honestly just funny . The same worker said there wasn't a product in stock scoffing saying they hadnt carried them in uears even though it showed online and another worker found it for us

EGO told me to go to this specific store to repair my lawnmower. I dropped it off over 3 weeks ago. I called today to get a status and I was met with rude responses. I asked multiple times why haven’t I had any type of update in 3 weeks and he just kept saying “you’re going to have to ask the EGO rep.” I asked why did it take me to call after 3 weeks to have someone look at it. He rudely said “you’re going to have to ask EGO.” This ace clearly doesn’t have any customer service. You have an item that cost me over $700 for 3 weeks and I am met with rudeness.

I went to ace to buy a grill. As I was checking out I asked them to match a price from Walmart. After they first asked me if it was an online only special which it wasn't. I was then told they don't match Walmart, just Home Depot and Lowes.
