Buikema's Ace Hardware is a convenient store offering a wide selection of premium brands suitable for DIY enthusiasts, professional contractors, and everyone in between. The store provides competitive prices on supplies needed for various projects. The friendly and knowledgeable staff are known for helpful customer service, assisting with product questions, keys, and small repairs like plumbing fittings. Customers appreciate the staff’s expertise and welcoming attitude, making it easier to find what they need, even for small items such as nails and bolts.
Although the store maintains a classic hardware store feel, some customers note that it has transitioned from a local, family-owned business to part of a larger corporation, which can lead to a less personal experience and higher prices compared to big box stores. Selection may be more limited, but the store remains a good option for quick trips or small purchases. Customers have praised the store for special deals, like Black Friday discounts, and the pleasant environment created by friendly staff. Overall, Buikema's Ace Hardware is a reliable place for quick, small-scale hardware needs, with helpful service and a convenient location.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient location for me and well worth the occasional slightly higher prices relative to the big box stores.
