Bath & Body Works is a national chain store with a very convenient location. The store offers hundreds of quality products, including fragrant body lotions, shower gels, candles, soaps, and hand sanitizers, with many seasonally themed items. It is known for being amazingly crowded at any day or time. While most in-store experiences are great, with employees described as helpful, genuine, and having really great energy, one phone interaction was not the best customer service. For easier shopping, advance online orders can be picked up at a separate window to avoid the regular line. Customers often find themselves buying way too much due to the overwhelming variety of amazing scents.
Sharon was so kind and helpful. From the second we walked in she greeted us and talked to us about the new scents in collaboration with Hillary Duff. Talked to us about her favorite scent and was helpful at the register during checkout as well. I'm returning to this location in the future just because of how kind she was.

Staff always friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. Store always very well stocked and neat and clean. Plus it always smells great in there!
