I love shopping at this location, I usually like coming during the week in the mornings so I can browse and check out the new sales and fragrances when it's not so busy. Usually I walk around with my airpods in so I can just relax and enjoy the experience but the workers are always nice and helpful when I have questions.

More a complaint of the brand than the store. But if you are going to advertise a sale to have strict dates and then change it at the last minute it is a really gross business practice. I understand this is a corporate policy but really? Advertise a sale as in store and online and then randomly change it to I store only- either say until supplies last or don’t have the sale.My apologies to the store location which now suffers a poor review because your corporate structure can’t operate a business fairly to its consumers.

Location is very convenient for the times when you want to go to B&BW but don't wanna go all the way into the mall. It's a national chain store so your interactions with other customers and employees will be different everytime. Employees I've never had an issue with. My most recent visit, Abby was very helpful and genuine. She helped multiple customers and was a happy face the whole time.

Amazing how crowded this place is at any day or time! If you order in advance there's a separate window to pick up at so you don't have to wait in the regular line. All the candles, soaps, and hand sanitizer that you could want, including seasonally themed items.

I had a coupon in the form of a screenshot and supposedly the cashier could not use it because it’s against “policy”. So I pull out the actual email in which I received the coupon and she was still telling me it was not an eligible coupon? I ask if she could at least try scanning it because I just received it and it worked. Not sure what the case was but definitely won’t be shopping here. Spending all this money on this store and attempting to tell me I can’t use a 20% they sent me?

I was a little overwhelmed shopping here because there’s so much to choose from, but Karolina made my shopping trip so much easier. She recommended to me lots of amazing scents! All the workers in store have really great energy and I definitely recommend this location.

I stopped in this store on 3/17/23 at approx 5pm. I was not greeted when I walked in. I actually had to walk around the store to look for help. There were 2 African American ladies on the floor. One was very rude and do not know the first thing abt customer service...the 2nd younger lady was somewhat helpful aafter I sought her out. Also a couple at tge register was in the process of making a purchase...being that I had already made up my mind not to make a purchase there, I was going to give them my coupon. I asked the cashier if it was too late for the couple to use my coupon and she RUDELY said YES! normally for the most part, at OTHER locations I receive good customer service for the most part. Everyone at the Naperville location needs to be retrained!
