My only complaint was the Television/Cable. It kept freezing, then skipping ahead, very annoying. Any hotel of this quality should be able to keep up with things like that. Room 328. Other than that staff and breakfast were great, bed was comfy.

I am currently in the middle of my stay. I booked 1 night here just because I knew me and my husband would not want to drive the long distant back home. We could of booked at a closer location to where we went but we booked here because it had a jacuzzi in the room. After returning back to the room we filled the jacuzzi with water and went to turn the jets on and to our dismay they didn't work. We tried a few times but nothing. It just made the noise like it was on but that was it. I called to the front desk to let them know. The same lady that checked us in answered and stated that maintenance had gone home for the evening but as soon as they come in in the morning they can come up. I advised we are staying just 1 night so after check out they can come instead of waking us up at the crack of dawn. She then offered for someone from housekeeping to come up to look at it. I asked if they would know how to fix it and she said she didn't know. So I declined and said to just send maintenance up tomorrow. We'll hotels.com reached out later to the hotel about a partial refund for me and spoke with Joseph at the front desk who refused any type of compensation towards my room because I declined housekeepings assistance from coming up to look at the problem with the jacuzzi. I am going to wait and speak with the manager in the morning to see if I can resolve this issue. Hopefully that person handles issues differently than Joseph does. That's bad customer service. So I will update this post after checkout. $150 for 1 night for a room with a jacuzzi that didn't work. And now I discovered water on the floor in the bathroom around the toilet.

I had to switch rooms because my “non-smoking” room smelled so bad of smoke and the bed was stained with something i don’t even want to know what it was. The TV also looked like it was from 2005. Don’t recommend staying here. there is a marriott down the street which would definitely be a better choice.

The location is good but the Jacuzzi rooms were terrible. The jacuzzi was stained. The tiles were chipped and the room has a bad smell. There was not any other rooms. I
Rooms: Room smells.

I have stayed in much better hotels. This is just okay for a overnight stay if no other option available. Best part of the hotel was breakfast , which was good and had wide variety

The front doors need to be replaced with automatic sliding doors. Difficult to get your luggage cart thru the door you have to hold the door or hope someone is coming or going to hold the door for you to get your luggage cart in.There needs to be a curb cut at the front and side front door to bring your luggage. There also needs to be a curb cut at the back door area for handicap people and to roll your luggage cart to your car. It is hard to make a left hand turn when leaving the hotel to get onto Naperville Road. The lady at the fron desk was very helpful helping us change our room to a handicap, non smoking room.
Nearby activities: Close to downtown Naperville.

My family and I stayed at Best Western Naperville for four nights, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. The location is great, with a Costco and several other shopping options nearby, which made it very convenient for us. No halal food nearby though. Breakfast was decent. We also appreciated having an Enterprise car rental close by.
The hotel is old-ish but provided a comfortable stay, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. If you’re looking for a well-located place to stay in Naperville, this is a good value for money choice.

Planned to stay here for a short trip, on the first night I was woken up by certain guests shouting in a room near mine at around 2:00 AM in the morning, and this went on for over an hour. This was reported and nothing was done, so I left.
The manager refused to refund even part of the remaining 2 nights I was planning to stay, and well after I was home after my trip, he called my phone to try to shame me for expecting to not pay for services I never received. Awesome customer service, truly baffling.
There is no walkability to this hotel, it is very difficult to get to or from it without a car, I had to use uber since I was traveling without my car.
The only redeeming factor was that the girl working at the desk was pleasant when I checked in, but the manager heavily overshadowed that in a terrible way afterwards.
The other negative reviews calling this place a motel are right, it's a real dive with no customer service.

Breakfast was extremely nasty. The staff there was rude and racist to me and my family. They had no sense of urgency when towels or any other housekeeping equipment was needed. The beds had crumbs in them when we checked in and it took them forever to bring new bedding. We then had to change the beds ourselves. The Owner Joy is HORRIBLE. She has a terrible attitude and i would not recommend this hotel for anyone who is in the naperville area. We checked out 2 days early and stayed at the Marriott 2 blocks away and the experience was incredible. Hope this helps

So I’m here right now. While it is relatively clean and they are so kind at the front desk, there are a few things that other me. 1. The room AC was off when I entered the room about four hours ago. I’ve had it on full blast at the coldest temp and it’s still running and it’s not even remotely comfortable. 2. It’s 2024 and the TV’s still have standard definition. I was looking forward to watching the Olympics this evening and not having HD is a huge miss. I stay in hotels all the time for work and I haven’t had one like this for years.

There were several large holes in the fitted sheet. Ordered a handicapped room. Absolutely no grab bars in the bathroom.

Great place to stay! Beds are comfortable and the extras that are included with your stay (Free Breakfast, mainly), is very nice
We paid for two nights and unfortunatley after a long day out doing things, we came back to our room keys not working because the worker at the counter had only put us in for one night, however they were more than happy to fix that for us.
The AC also doesn't run as cold as I would like it too, so if you sleep hot, maybe sleep with just the sheet if you can manage.

Thieves! one thing I hate are thieves! A room was held on points!!! And because of a medical emergency I wasn't able to check in and they kept my points with no consideration of the circumstances! Im a BW Diamond Select customer, and in all my years of staying with best western ive never experienced such disregard in customer satisfaction! BW franchises are declining in customer appreciation satisfaction and Service every single year and this establishment is not fit to represent the Award winning BW brand! Do better! And id appreciate some compensation I earned those 20,000 points for them to be pirated by this establishment ! SHAME!!!
