Best Western Naperville Inn offers a convenient and comfortable stay for travelers visiting Naperville. Its location is a major plus, being close to downtown Naperville, shopping options like Costco, and an Enterprise car rental, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel provides a decent breakfast with a wide variety of options, which many guests appreciated as a highlight of their stay. The beds are comfortable, contributing to good sleep for most guests. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially when assisting with room changes or special requests. However, the hotel is somewhat old and has some areas that need improvement. The front doors are not automatic, making it difficult to bring luggage carts in and out, and curb cuts are missing at key entrances, posing challenges for those with luggage or in wheelchairs. Guests also noted issues with the television, which kept freezing and skipping, and the air conditioning unit does not cool as much as expected. Some visitors felt the hotel was just okay for an overnight stay if no better options are available. Overall, Best Western Naperville Inn provides a good value with comfortable beds, friendly staff, and convenient location, but it could benefit from upgrades like automatic doors and better amenities to enhance guest experience.
The tv didn’t work in our room at all, which was a downside. BUT we were greeted very warmly, and the young male worker (forgot his name) was mighty fine and made our stay 10x better.

This place was clean, well run. The management was awesome and responsive when needed. The breakfast options were as good as any hotel that includes breakfast. Room clean sheets, spotless room smell Gray, which is very important to me. I will stay there again when I visit my nieces and nephews
