  While calling, I was stuck on an infinite customer service loop for 2 hours with no ability to be redirected to the local branch representative. It would be less torturous to have walked 5 miles in the rain to talk to someone in person.

  I went to four banks looking for a Home Equity loan. I went to 1315 Naper Blvd BMO Harris branch last. They beat the interest rate of the bank I've been with for 20 years by 2.7%. Coming here saved me a lot of money. Paul Caputo was a pleasure to work with.

  Definitely not a good bank for business accounts, closing account this week.
