I've had to withdraw money for certified checks and always write the withdrawal slip to include the fee. One specific teller twice has had to reverse transactions because he cannot figure this out. I've talked to a manager but this should be banking 101.

Was at PNC for years Was not happy there Came to BMO and i am very happy Got a wealth management account and all our bank accounts Wish we would have went there sooner
