“Andy is very knowledgeable and solved a problem 4 other shops with the truck for over 7 months couldn't figure out. 2000 Chevy pickup was a problem for 2 GM dealerships, mom and pop shop, and another mid tier place. Not for Andy. Just skip the stealerships, skip the run around and go to Andy.”

“I used them last year on one of my cars and they did a wonderful job, on time and on budget. Everything was fitted properly and all paint matched. Mechanical repairs were perfect as well. Now I went to them for an estimate on my other car and their bid came in $700 lower than the next lowest. Given my previous experience it is a no-brainer to use them again. Mark is a straight shooter and very easy to deal with. I highly recommend this shop.”

He went above and beyond by retrieving something I had left in the rental car after I returned it and stayed after his contracted hours for me to pick it up. Now that’s customer service!”
“My insurance adjuster was terrible, but Jill at Gerald Collision Center did everything she could to push the adjuster and speed up the internal process. She updated me frequently and is willing to go the extra mile to help e.g. she asked the manager to release my car on a Friday afternoon even when the adjuster was not responding.”
“Took my car in after a minor accident and after taking it to multiple shops for quotes that were pretty dismissive. They went above and beyond my expectations. I had a hard color to match with metal flake and now you'd never know it was repainted. Only "downside" was it took a little while to get it in but it was *well* worth the wait. So glad I found them compared to a lot of the other shops they really seemed to care about restoring my car to brand new. Can't recommend them enough.”

“Some guy rear-ended me and his insurance company pointed me to D&R Autobody and I'm thankful that they did. Although the damage to my 2024 Kia Forte GT was very minor, it was still noticeable (especially to me). I dropped my car off on a Monday and it was fixed and ready to go Wednesday. The repair was flawless and they even did a great job matching my tricky pearl white paint color. It looks like nothing ever happened. Don (the owner) and Ashley were very pleasant to talk to and work with and they kept me at ease all throughout the process. When the insurance company's estimate turned out to be too low, D&R did all the work to get the additional money from them and I didn't have to pay a dime. I'm a little obsessive about the condition of my car and I think they picked up on that. They were very considerate about keeping my car clean and I'm happy to say that it's just like new again. I can strongly recommend D&R if you need body work. You'll be glad you chose them.”

“This Gerber team at this shop is exceptional: Klaudia, Jake, and Don. They helped me through a very difficult, stressful time with my Volkswagen Tiguan that was damaged by a U-Haul. They answered all of my questions numerous times throughout the entire process. They patiently waited until I had communication from U-Haul in getting the repairs completed. Truly, this shop has an amazing team that can be trusted to help you through the entire process of dealing with insurance, etc. and getting the car repaired completely. Mike Mashburn, my service advisor, was professional, courteous, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The inspection by Jared Halley was thorough and detailed, which gave me a lot of confidence that my car was being cared for properly.

“This Caliber Collision location truly exceeded my expectations! After my very first car accident, I was honestly nervous about the whole process and having to grow through this again. But they made it the best experience possible. Everyone was so friendly, professional, and took the time to explain all the paperwork clearly.
My car was repaired in just 4 days! (Granted the damage wasnt super bad) and to my surprise, it was detailed inside and out—it looked brand new! ?They even made the rental process seamless. Enterprise picked me up right from Caliber Collision, and setting up the rental was quick and easy.
