I am beyond upset. Do not book Budget Truck Rentals. I made a reservation a week ago for next Saturday. I received a call from the location I was suppose to pick up my truck from yesterday stating they will not have a truck for me but I could call customer service and see what they can do. I called customer service and was told he would be escalating my call the a manager who will find me a truck and I should receive a call back today. I woke up to a email showing my reservation had been cancelled. I called customer service to inquire and was told a manager cancelled my reservation and they have the right to do so and they are sorry it's nothing can can do about it. Do not book with budget!!! Edit- I reached out to customer service again via another avenue and they emailed me back basically saying they a reservation is only a preference and their terms and conditions say they do not guarantee date time. However they failed to acknowledge those same terms say they will offer an alternative which they have failed to do

Best customer service I have ever had at any car rental place. I had so many issues with trying to rent a car with Hertz - they needed a credit card, this and that and 2 forms of id and my blood type. Needless to say, my reservation fell through and I was pretty much stranded. I called up Budget at this location like 20 mins before they closed and spoke to Vicki. She was the best customer service I have ever experienced - even though she was about to close, she told me she would wait for me to Uber there and get me in a car and on my way.Within 15 minutes I was in a car to my destination in NC. I will never forget how awesome she was and how she treated me. Thank you Vicki!

Took 35 minutes to pick up my prereserved moving truck. Was told at first that they didn't have any trucks allocated for me because I'd made the reservation "last night." The main employee said that she couldn't make things go any faster because she's just one person; however, a second employee (possibly a trainee) stood idle behind the counter for more than half the time I was there.What seemed like it should have been a very routine transaction wasn't at all.

Customer service was very unpleasant. I came in a day before to make sure I was in the right place because we was leaving early and the agent made a bad comment. I let that slide and said I will see how Saturday go. It was worst. One of the other ladies did apologize for the other lady actions but she needs to go to some class on how to treat customers who are spending they hard earn money to rent from budget. Now the car was great no problem at all drove great and gas great.

I have left my wallet in the rental car at O'hare. Nobody checked the car even though I called immediately. Car was rented again and then returned to this location. Eddy Shaheen found the wallet, called me and mailed it back to me all on his own. While I'm receving autoemails from Avis that it wasn't located.Eddy went above what he had to do and really appreciate this efforts.

We booked a car at a different location, but they ran out of cars. They sent us here, we came, they were working on the documentation to give us the car they had available but they gave it to a customer who booked the car that morning! LET JUST SAY WE ARE HISPANIC, THE OTHER CUSTOMER WAS NOT.

I have been going to this location for over 10 years now and Mgr Eddie is AWSOME! Very nice! Explains everything he can have 5 people waiting he treats everyone the same and don’t rush the customers he’s with just to get to the next person! He makes sure the customer he’s working with is satisfied and have no more questions! He’s great with his customers! I wouldn’t trade this location for the world! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK EDDIE Ms. Tenner & Family ???

The return procedure was very lengthly complicated by a drawn out process of an upper ladder employee of Budget who spent a great deal of time with the desk attendant making sure that he did not get an average truck for his own rental. The rest of us just waited, and waited, and waited.........

Don't walk, don't run, but take a jet as far away from Budget rental and this location as fast as you can. Reserved a truck, had people ready to load and unload, but wait, what did you say? you have no trucks available? What the hell good is a reservation without vehicles! I only waited 20 minutes to find this out. The poor guy in front of me reserved a truck as well and so sorry, none available. Don't waste your time or blood pressure. Lots of truck rental places so please don't go here.

Awful!!! Avoid this place, many other car rental options available. Poor customer service, rude and understaffed. Vehicles dirty (smell bad, you don't want details)

Budget versus enterprise car rental. They both asked me the same question do you want insurance? I said no to both of them only one lesson and Rose and then charging me almost $400 for something that I said I did not want I called everywhere and they would not even listen to me. And the car that they gave me was so much cuter anyway! Office staff a dream to work with!

I was nervous after reading the reviews on here but I was so pleased with my experience. The clerks were very kind and truly cared about my time and experience. They were short on cars (not their fault, just the industry) but upgraded my reservation without charging since they didnt have the car I had selected. I would definitely recommend!
