“We were at a church for 30 years within Naperville. The very first message was a bit hard to take in. The pastor gets very excited about teaching so extensively and so wants his congregation to know all Our Lord wants us to know. I had to get used to his excitement and quick speaking ability to fit in all he can. After this I thanked Our Lord for leading us to a church that speaks God ‘s truth in love. I teared up feeling as though I were at the feet of an apostle preaching his Lord’s words. I would highly recommend this if you want more. I would recommend if you are yearning to know more about Our Savior.”

“RCC is a non-denominational church that meets Sundays at 9:30 AM at Washington Jr. High School. They have a Ministry Center at 710 E. Ogden Ave. #300 that serves as their office and for various gatherings like youth group.RCC is welcoming and embraces you at your comfort level. It's refreshing to be welcomed to a community and people actually come up to you, say hello, and genuinely want to get to know you. The worship service is held in-person and can be viewed on their YouTube live stream. If you come in person, they serve coffee and some light snacks which is great!There are Sunday school classes for children, and they post the teaching content on YouTube and it's also accessible in a parent app!The size of this church is not overwhelming, and it's inspiring to see how they serve the community in outreach and the people that attend their weekly service. There are many families, children, youth, and young adults making it easy to find people at your life stage.”
“Came from out of town - both my sister and I are Presbyterian (me EPC, her OPC) and wanted our family to try a Presbyterian church! We loved the service. People were kind, sanctuary was distraction free and comfortable. The teaching was sound, convicting and encouraging. The music is fantastic with carefully selected, theologically edifying lyrics. They are Presbyterian, so show up on time - they start on the dot. I was surprised at how contemporary the service is though; if you are looking for a heavily liturgical church, at least the Sunday we were there it was pretty liturgy-free. Great church! I hope to go back someday when I’m in town!”

“Telugu/English service at 3pm every Sunday is Nice. A place to worship God along with the congregation and to receive food for the soul from the word of god , dinner after church . People here are very nice and friendly.”
“This is the largest location of multisite non-denominational church and the hub. I only attended here a few months and wasn't involved more broadly (3K across all the campuses but this location didnt have a huge bldg or feel like a church of 1K+). Ron Zappia was a very good preacher, but because of the multisite nature they would frequently have other campus pastors and guest speakers. Ron would drive around to multiple locations each Sunday. At this location at least they always had in-person preaching which I appreciated. I lived in Wheaton but Naperville was only 12 min away from their Wheaton campus. The sermons were mostly expository though often could be topical and typically feature a lot of alliterations, rhyming schemes and other things to make it memorable (some people like that others don't).
Theologically/culturally the church felt very similar to a Southern Baptist Church, mixed with a more stereotypical non-denomational energy. This showed in their worship and teaching style esp given their roots as the first church plant of Harvest Bible Chapel. In fact, several of the worship band members were part of Vertical Worship and that explained some of the stage makeup, a man with long hair, and very pronounced facial expressions and movement during worship. At times, it was a bit too showy in my personal opinion. The Good Friday service was definitely a production and less a traditional worship service. All around it's a great contemporary church that is theologically baptistic with high energy worship though some of the factors above made it not the best fit for me (and I wasn't involved in the community here deeply to really speak on that).”
“I went to the Saturday evening service and the Lords presence was strong and exactly what I needed. I’m brand new to the area and the Lord brought me where I needed to be. I went to the men’s Bible study this morning and I’m so grateful that I was lead here.”

“I went to Calvary as a kid and as a teen. I did all the camps, Wednesday and Sunday service. I fell away from God and felt a call to come back this year, I live in Oak Park and searched around to find a church but God kept calling be back to Calvary. I started by listening to past sermons online and felt instantly connected with Pastor Marty.
He is a fantastic speaker, leader and is incredibly captivating. The worship team is amazing & everyone is so nice. I love this church, so I now drive 30-45 minutes to Naperville every week.
It is a large church, so making community/friends can feel a little challenging at first. So you may have to be more proactive, but Calvary helps aid this as there are lots of ways to connect through their groups and outreach. I have signed up for a few upcoming ones and I am very excited to build some female relationships rooted in God.
