This Citibank in located right next to Costco and Panera. The staff is friendly, welcoming and acknowledges customers at entry. The tellers handle business in a timely manner and if things get backed up managers and other staff working step up to keep the flow going. Great job!

The staff members in this branch are friendly and professional. Especially I wish to mention William Lu and Lily Yao. I have been using their service for many many years. They could clearly understand customers' needs and always go above and beyond.
