Nice stuff but the price for some of it was not reasonable.

I was thrilled to discover this outlet. Yes, the couches have smudges on them. But for me, the sheer volume of other stuff is what got me very happy. Various glassware, and cookware, and kitchen appliances. I happily loaded up on a few things as Xmas gifts. I'll be back!

EDIT: very upset that this wasn’t caught by an employee or ourselves. This couch was staged incorrectly, making it appear that the depths were equal. Granted, our receipt lists the different depths, but why would I look at that? Don’t stage pieces of furniture that don’t belong together. Extremely frustrated

Working with Latha has been an absolute pleasure! She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect items we were looking for. Her service is excellent always professional, kind, and thoughtful. She responded promptly to every question and made sure we were fully prepared and confident throughout the process. Thanks to her support, everything felt seamless and well set. I highly recommend Latha to anyone looking for outstanding service and a truly caring experience.

I’m usually a fan of most outlets, but this one (and CB2’s) feels like a case study in leadership gone wrong. The pricing strategy here is so detached from reality it borders on insulting.
Charging absurd markups for used or damaged items…when the same products can often be found new, on sale, in the main store for equal or less, raises serious questions about how much this brand actually values its customers.
Even stranger is the decision to run this outlet like this in such close proximity to headquarters. It almost feels like a social experiment designed to test how far consumers can be pushed before they walk away. Judging by the overflowing warehouse, the answer is pretty clear: people aren’t buying.
Crate & Barrel, your loyal customers and the community of Napperville deserve better. Read the room.

Incredibly expensive for broken stuff. New items also incredibly expensive.

Prices are decent, however I went in on sunday for a few hours to browse and look for furniture for my new place. While I was there I noticed a few interactions between two associates, one older and one younger, I didn’t catch their names but the older woman had brown hair and the younger one had blonde hair and she seemed to be pretty upset and frustrated throughout the time I was shopping here. I work in HR and quite frankly I was disappointed in the way this associate was treating the younger associate. I won’t be shopping here again purely because of how disappointed and disgusted I was about this employees behavior.

Oh maaan! So many couches!!! Just what i needed. I didn’t find a lot of severely damaged pieces. Probably just the luck of the draw; how outlets can be. But the staff were Ahhh-mazing! I could have spent all day in there. So much to look at. Through the back it seemed like there was a lot more and some/ a good chunk of it was more on the damaged side. I’d def recommend this place to my friends and I’ll be back (to shop and to pick up my purchases bc the said they’ll hold them til Monday )

Store is pretty neat and staff is nice. Bought some glass cups, plates and a Kohler kitchen garbage can. Heads up the address on their website takes you to the back of their building and the main entrance is around that corner.
